We worked hard 2 months for the French fraud Valentina Garcia, delivered the painting to him by DHL express. DHL lost parcel and Valentina Garcia asked refund from PayPal platform; then DHL found back the parcel and delivered it to him. But the French frauds Valentina Garcia neither pay us nor send our painting back. He just disappeared!!
